Miracles, direction, lessons-the quiet is versatile. God used the quiet for these and more.
The competition to fill the quiet with music, screentime, experiences, etc can leave little time for the intentionally quiet.
Nothing to be scared of by turning off and turning away from the distractions for a few minutes each day.
That's where we hear from God most times though. Quiet is revealing.
